I have tried all I know how to get past this error code, which is popping up every time I try to purchase an item on eBay. It doesn't matter what I am trying to buy, it appears to be for all items for me. What is going on? eBay help is no help and I wish they still had the concierge number so I can talk to a human being...

Mentor1 year agoUsually when that error pops up, it usually means the seller has not specified shipping costs. Use the CONTACT SELLER link and let the seller know s/he needs to double check the shipping details.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
