Mentor2 years agoOther than the code, what error message appears when you try to send a message?
Since you just changed your user ID, try signing out of your eBay account completely, and then sign back in so any changes can fully propagate.
If that does not help, try another browser or another page to send a message. Go to the seller's feedback or profile page to verify that the seller is still registered, and use the "contact" link there.
Make sure your message does not include any contact information, or anything that might be mistaken for contact information by a simple bot, or any special characters.
