Erroneous "Pickup Item" generated

Question

Erroneous "pickup item" generatedA buyer purchased two different items. I purchased a shipping label for one; It erroneously generated a "pickup item" when I bought the label. The only way to correct that is by cancelling the purchase, which means that I do get paid! FIX IT!!!!

It's set for local pickup only. There is no shipping on this listing.

You can cancel and have the buyer re purchase

You can mail it with your other item

You can mail it untracked in a stamped envelope.

If you don't cancel and have the buyer repurchase, then the only way to get proof of delivery is to have the buyer send you the 6 digit code after they get the item.

Items that are 'local pickup' like this decal, get code sent to the buyer to give to the seller when they pickup the item.

I understand you didn't want this to be local pickup, I am just providing options.

I made a correction in the listing for shipping. It was shipped to the buyer with the other item he purchased.

I am not 100% clear what the pickup item means?

The only way it can be set for buyer to pick up one item is if the buyer chose that when they checked out.

If you want to ship that item, the best solution is to cancel, relist, and have the buyer repurchase.

If you don't want to do that, you can ask the buyer for the 6 digit code after the item has arrived.
