Erroneous Delivery Confirmation
The item was never shipped, and my money was refunded. Now I’ve been notified (by eBay) that the item has arrived (when it has NOT). Is it usual for eBay to send a delivery confirmation email, months after the sale has been cancelled, and a refund has been made?

OP1 year agoThe seller was in the city jail, so he didn’t send the item. A couple of days later, when he was out, he said he’d send it. He never did, so I got a refund, and gave him negative feedback. Months later, eBay sent me an email saying the item had arrived, when it hadn’t. That’s messed up. I just want to know what’s going on.
