Erased sold and completed items .
From what I understand a seller can erase sold and completed items from there account! They are the only ones who can do that! Unleases there was a problem and ebay erased it for some reason.. when the sold / completed items are erased anybody looking at there account would not see those items show up in the list... As well the feedback from those items would be erased as well! I'm just looking to verify if I have all the facts correct ? However eBay keeps records of your sold items for 2 years in the sellers hub under orders , then time frame . The reason I'm looking to validate these facts is because several items of mine were sold on eBay by an so called business partner . Then the sold and completed items were removed from his eBay account and I was never paid for 3 big ticket items. Total about $ 4000 , and that's my half . I was splitting my items with the seller 50/50. I'm a nice guy and he took advantage of me . He refuses to show me his orders for last year in the sellers hub that only he can access. I can survive without the money and would be over it . However the guy has lied to other associates we both know and I've had to defend myself over and over . Not only that but when I bring it up to him he starts going off calling me names and hangs up or walks away . All I ask him to do is show me his orders from last year . He never does , it's obvious why. No doubt there is even more things , I believe that would be there I never got paid for and it would prove he's a thief . Not only to me but the people we both know . This has been a thorn in my side for over a year and caused me me and people we both know a lot of unnecessary stress and relationship problems .I've tried to fiorgett this and would have however I'm continually being bad mouth to this day and I've had enough. My days of getting even are long over and I'm not a violent person as when I was younger . Is there any legal action the police can do given the circumstances ? I know they can request records and I only want them so I can prove my case to our associates, I know I would never get a dime and he will just denied to the police that I even gave them to him to sell . Yes there are witnesses who knows . I just want the truth to come out and put an end to this once and for all ! I'm looking for any advice but at this point I can't just forget this happened . He needs to be exposed for the theif and lier he is ! I doubt the courts would help is there any way to have the police get those records for me ,, his sold listing ? I'm afraid they would not want to wait there time or discourage any investigation. Is there a way to go about this that might work?
