Envelop tampered with and item was removed. Customer wants a refund but I will be out the item
I sold a 20 dollar note to a customer and when she received the envelope the note was in she said the envelope was tampered with ( sent pictures of an envelope that appeared to have been run over and cut opened and the 20 dollar note was gone ) and the note was gone. She wants a refund and I get it and by refunding the money back she gets her money back and I’m out the 20 dollar note and the shipping. Is there any protection from EBay for sellers for something like this.
