Entered Tracking manually receiving error
Hi, I’ve never had this issue before today. I shipped two packages out this morning through USPS. When I went to manually enter the tracking I am receiving an error message that the number is not correct…..but it is correct and I have the receipt to show it was entered correctly. When I go on USPS website I am able to type it in and track it that way? Is there currently an issue with eBay that I need to know about? I sent both of the buyers pictures of the tracking and receipt so that they could track it themselves on USPS website but I want to know if this is an ongoing issue. Any advice appreciated!
