Enrolled in International Shipping but charged International Shipping Fee
I'm being charged "international fees" on international shipments even though I'm opted into eBay's international shipping program, the marketing materials for which state "Save on selling fees for your international transactions, including no international fee".
This buyer is using a US address (not eBay's). eBay is saying because their 'registered address' is in Taiwan, I'm being charged an international fee.
However, I do not see any ability in the Seller settings to restrict this type of purchase.
What is going on??
