Enough with these stupid scammers and their live streams
These live auctions are ALL scammers and every time I open this stupid app I get a full page of them which prevents me to getting to what I wanted to do. How the hell do I get rid off them? If eBay is so focused on these, then they should have a separate site just for these scammers.

When I open the eBay app, I am shown the last page I looked at. If you are shown the main eBay page with eBay Live streams, use the My eBay icon at the bottom to choose a different page to see.
If you are using a browser, picking a different eBay page as your home page, such as your Watch List, Summary or the Saved Feed page is by far the easiest way to avoid things that eBay puts on the main page you do not want to see.
If you use a desktop browser that supports ad blockers with custom rules, you may be able to figure out how to use an element hiding tool to block those things if you are sufficiently motivated.
[edited to add: if you are using the eBay app, try using the shake-to-report feature to let eBay know your opinion of the auto-playing livestream video on the main page]

OP5 months agoNope, as usual that doesn’t work. In fact when I opened this stupid app to respond, a livestream filled the entire page and had a hell of a time trying to get here. I have had so many problems with eBay lately that I’m done. I canceled several sales pulled all my listings and just waiting for a couple items to arrive and that’s it. I’m tired of all the stuff I can’t take it anymore. I’m tired of dealing with scammers, people who sell things claiming they’re in the USA when they’re really in other countries like china. This site is a god **bleep** joke and you all can keep it!
