Bought a engine was giving documentation of the engine after receiving the engine it could not have come from the vehicle in documentation.. I have a Jeep 3.6 engine I bought was to have come from a jeep when I received engine and was getting ready to install nothing matched up because engine sent came out of a front wheel drive vehicle.. I have all the documentation from seller but eBay wonâ€™t reimburse me for the Fraudulent seller ..

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures - at least one - and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. (Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.)

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
