Be aware that you can not ship the item for a 1.99 since if it is too thick for nonmachinable 1st class. It would have to ship via Ground Advantage. Non Machinable 1st class does not have any tracking so if the buyer SAYS it did not arrive then you lose a not received refund request case. Also your funds are held longer when there is no tracking to prove delivery.
