End of Auction
A bidder sent an email stating they had made a qualifying bid and received a flash on their screen saying they won the item. Then immediately after the item relisted. I tried automated help to resolve but AI would not understand and would not connect me to live agent, just said send an email. This is not good practice. I did send an email. Neither the bidder nor I are satisfied.

There's a 99.9% chance that the bidder is mistaken about what they saw ... BUT you can sell the item to the buyer at the Starting Bid if you want.
Just tell the buyer to bid on the new listing. You then end the auction immediately ... choosing to 'sell to the highest bidder'.
There is no reason to contact eBay. You can fix everything yourself by following my directions. Neither you nor the buyer have lost anything.
**** I assume you are NOT talking about either of your auctions that ended today with a winner ... since neither of those would have 'relisted'.
