End listing fees

Question

I had to end an auction early because I somehow listed the same item twice . I ended both and relisted it . This auction will end Friday 8/15. There are bids so the item will sell. eBay charged my online checking account $787.44 for 2 cancellations

$407.32 + 380.12

How do I get credited these fees back ?

ebay charges the FVF for ending an auction with bids. In the past they would waive the charge for one charge per calendar year.
