End listing

Hi I'm trying to end a listing and for some reason it won't let me. I'm trying to take it off someone has purchased it from me locally. The title of it is in purple my other listings are in black I'm not sure what to do I have never had this issue

Go to the Active listings page in Seller Hub.
Select the checkbox next to the item you want to end.
From the dropdown menu, select End item.

Hi I tried doing to that but it won't end the listing. I have a couple other items that I ended and it worked but on this item it won't end it's still listed in my items for sale
