For fixed-price listings (as opposed to auctions) there is no "end date". For several years now all fixed-price listings have been "Good 'til Cancelled" and autorenew monthly unless and until some action by a buyer (buying the only item in a single-item listing, or in some cases the last item in a multiple-item listing) or the seller (ending it manually) or eBay (removing it for some issue) causes it to end. There may be a display of an endtime for the listing but that is just when the autorenewal for another month will occur if it isn't ended before then.

For auction listings the endtime is scheduled for x days (the "duration") after it starts (to the second). The most precise way to find this out is if the auction has at least one bid add the "duration" to the starting price (displayed on the line for the Starting Price, but unfortunately if there are no active bids this line does not display) on the Bid History Page (click the # of bids displayed on the main Listing Page for the item on the full website). There are several other places it is displayed (usually on the display for time left at the end of the line, e.g. "Time left: 3d 8h|Sunday, 09:00 PM") but be aware that those displays can be a problem as the time settings are different on each page, including timezone and how precise the endtime is displayed (most are truncated to show only hour and minute, not seconds).
