Enabling Infringement policy?
I'm a new seller, just going through old items and listing the more valuable items I have and donating the rest. I've been trying to list this GameBoy Pocket I have, but I got two notices that I broke the Enabling Infringement policy. Reading the policy I didn't do that though. The only thing I can imagine may have triggered it was that I put "Not Modded" in the description because I see listings for modded GameBoys (backlit screens, LCD screens, etc) and was just being honest. I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong, but the contact us won't let me talk to an agent and the automated one isn't helpful. Any help or insight is appreciated.
