Empty package return request.
I sold some children’s books and the buyer said that she received an empty package in her mailbox and sent me pictures of the package. Do I just go ahead and refund or does this sound suspicious.

Does the empty package show it was damaged, opened, torn, etc? Did you send these in a box or polybag?
USPS will usually add a stamp to packages noting any damage before delivery - do their photos show that?
If they open a Refund Request you will need to refund the buyer.
You can open a claim with the carrier/USPS if the package shows damage from transit. The buyer will need to keep everything for inspection if needed.
