Empty package
I recently bought dozens of coins in different sales. I received an empty package with only a return address. How do I get an agent to help me identify who and what was involved with this sale?

Mentor8 months agoI suggest first going to your Purchase history to see which items have been received. That should narrow down who shipped the empty envelope, so you can use the CONTACT SELLER link to confirm the seller's return address and then file a Return Request for Item Not as Described/missing to get your money back.
