Empty Box well wrapped
I have a seller trying to say my item was stolen in transit. This is false because it was so well wrapped it tape to find an empty container. It’s all on video. What can I do?

Mentor4 months agoMail theft is not uncommon. How you wrapped the item has no relation to how the buyer received the package. Also, eBay does not accept any video you may make for evidence since videos can be faked so they do not accept them (just as they do not accept any emails as evidence).
