empty box scammer
Buyer with 0 feedback open " empty box" case. Do I have a chance to win this case? I am a long time seller and I know eBay on the buyer side.

·2 years agoNo chance of winning. Don't even ask because if eBay is to decide you earn a defect for a case unresolved by the seller.

Mentor2 years agoBest you can do is tell buyer to check with family members otherwise if it went missing through the mail you will file a report with the postal inspectors and the local police for theft and would he please cooperate with the investigation. This often has the item magically appear or he just goes away. Regardless, respond to the dispute within the time limit.
