Empty Box
I'm pretty upset about the situation. First of all, I don't know what's going on with the suppliers and FedEx, because now, out of nowhere, the packages aren't arriving. I have more than 10 phones that haven't arrived. Today, I'm checking and it turns out that a supplier has sent me an empty box. There should be a 14 Pro Max in there, but the box is completely empty. What can I do in this case? Ebay tells me they can't do anything because the package “arrived,†but what about what's inside?

Mentor10 months ago@karinarriol_0. Sorry you're dealing with bad sellers.
It sounds like you filed a not received refund request and lost because tracking showed delivery.
You need to file a not as described return request. You can open a case now since the other case closed.
File a return request for EACH LISTING. If the phones were purchased from separate listings and combined by the seller for shipping.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
