Empty Antique Fire Extinguisher Cancelled?

Question

Ebay cancelled my listing for an empty 1940's brass pump fire extinguisher. I checked past sales of 150 completed sales of other brass extinguishers before listing and assumed everything was good. The only difference between completed sales and mine was I neglected to use the word "empty" in the auction copy. I haven't been able to contact a human at Ebay. Can I re-write and re-list this item without antagonizing them? Thanks for any help.

If they are allowed to be sold Empty then simply create a new listing with the title stating Empty.

The listing that was Removed should be in your Inactive-Unsold file. It will remain there for 90 days and there is nothing you can do to delete from that file.

Once eBay has removed an item for a policy violation it is best not to relist the item. Your listing will now be on the bots radar and they will be looking for you to relist the item. You will probably need to find another site to list it on.
