Employee left Company with my eBay account info
What can I do when an employee has left Company and has login info for My ebay. I do not have access to their email address, however have been paying all the bills and can provide proof of ownership of Company and LLC info. How do I contact eBay to show proof of identity and change default account contact info?

Mentor2 years agoIf the phone number associated with the account is one you have access to and it can accept texts, you may be able to reset the password that way.

Once you have access to the account you should be able to change the email and other account info.
