Emissions control defeat devices policy
I have had a product listed on ebay that has been rejected. The EPA policy jurisdiction only in USA an only on vehicles driven on the road. My item is used on competition vehicles or engines that are not licensed or driven on public roads.
More over, items listed on eBay.com can be purchased by any individual in the world, in which countries devices like my item CAN be used on public roads.
Does anyone know how I can list my item so I'm able to put the add back up.
