Emails not being sent when the email box is checked.
Recently when I contact a seller with a question and check I want to receive a copy of the email and then contact the seller I do not receive an email nor is a message posted under my messages. I have tried it several times with no success and have verified my correct email address is listed under my account. I do receive emails from sellers that offer a discounted price so I have to believe that my email is good. What is wrong and is there a setting that needs to be checked anywhere else? I am perplexed at this point.
