Emailing a seller directly
I just purchased merchandise from an eBay seller. Some components with this merchandise were faulty, and would not function. I am not seeking any type of compensation reimbursement or replacement; however, I reached out to the seller to let them know of the malfunctioning components. The seller wants me to email them directly- videos that I took, which demonstrates the component malfunction. I can’t apparently email videos on the eBay platform. Everything is cordial between me and the seller and there’s no hostility or problems. The overall merchandise that I purchased is satisfactory enough I just want to give some feedback to the seller so that they can have accurate information and make some decisions based on that accurate information. How do I email videos to a seller on eBay format, or, am I gonna have to email the seller directly?

Mentor2 years agoYou cannot use ebay messaging to send a video. You can do it if using an email client, so that is up to you if you want to email the seller and include that video to help him out.
