Email to ebay about defective item sent to me
How do get in contact with Ebay to report defective product ? I tried to contact again today - so far no response.

Mentor3 years ago@jomullins-0 go next to the purchased item and from the drop down menu, click on return item with the reason 'defective' and the seller will have to send u a pre paid return shipping label, this can only be done within 30 days of receiving the item
