Email: Sign in to keep your account

Question

I received an email stating if I did not sign into my account it will be closed. I have the app where I am always on the app. I order, view items etc. Is the email a scam?

@imperfecthingz < Is the email a scam? > That would be my guess. In my email (in my hotmail, not my eBay Messages) every day I have between 20 to 40 in my Junk folder. Many of them are warnings that my account is in peril of being closed, when I've never even had an account with the apparent sender in the first place. Often, I end up blocking every one of the senders in my Junk folder, but it doesn't do any good, the next day there are always just as many, and many from the same domain I've blocked numerous times.

Hi @imperfecthingz Yes it is a scam if you can already sign in to your account ...
