Email says item delivered but wasn't
I ordered 3 items, received confirmation of payment from ebay@ebay.com, received subsequent emails for tracking and delivery but delivery was never made. I clicked tracking and it shows no orders. I went to my ebay account and there are no recent orders shown, even if I put the order number in. I can't get a phone number to speak to an agent as the AI system refuses to give one.

Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

OP6 months agoI only have one account. I checked through the guest option though, just in case but no items show up as ordered and the item numbers cannot be found. I reached out to the seller but no response.

Mentor6 months agoAre you absolutely certain you only have one eBay account?
If you are positive that you made those purchases using this eBay account, make sure you are looking at the correct date range in your Purchase History or else see your recent purchases here:

OP6 months agoYes-one account. Finally found it sitting on top of a neighbors mailbox 2 days ago after searching.
