This isn’t a reason to call eBay. The Money Back Guarantee is automated.

OP1 year agoHi, I ordered a z790 p wifi ddr4 and seller sent me a ddr5, my setup is prepared for one with ddr4, and this one doesn't have the ram to pressure pins. I want a full refund. I can't send the order because I'm not in the location where it was delivered and the cost would be very high for me. In addition, this mistake affects me because I already bought RAM and other components for the other board.

You will need to have someone in that location return the order to the seller if you want a refund.
