Email help needed

Can someone help me I'm needing a good email address to get ahold of someone at ebays customer service but this robot eBay is using well all I can say is it's ridiculous the reason I'm needing the email address is I received an email from ebay about charges they have been taking from a credit card or debit card that isn't mine and it's one transaction after another to me it's what it looks like in the email I received and it states not to reply to that email address it won't work so if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it I work 2 jobs and don't have time to set on a phone for hours again thanks for any help I can get

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
