Email for tracking keeps saying order can't be found
I purchased an item through a guest account and now the emails for tracking keeps saying the order can't be found

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you must first sign out of your current eBay account in order to use the "order details" link in the email, or else right click on that link and choose "open in a private or incognito browser window".
