Email Change
I am trying to change the email address on my account. But when I submit, I'm told the email address is already in use. It's my new email account and I use it continually.

Each eBay account needs a unique email address. If your email address is already in use, that means it is associated with another eBay account (you may have more than one eBay account). You will need a different email address for this eBay account.
Some email providers allow more than one unique email address to point to the same inbox:
