Hello,
I have tried everything I can think of to change
My Email Address, and it will not let me , it says Email is already taken , but it shows an email address I don't have access to anymore

Mentor2 weeks agoHi. I'm sorry you're having difficulty changing your email on file with ebay. ebay's guidance on this is: If you need to change any of your details, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, address, or email address, you can do it in My eBay. Here’s how:
Go to the Account section of My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Find the section you need to update, and select Edit.
Enter your new details.
Depending on what you’re updating, you’ll be prompted to Save, Submit, or Confirm.

To add or change an email address from a computer, login and on your my ebay page look in the upper left for the Account button and click on it. On the page that opens click on Personal Info. You may have to login again but will be directed back to the page again and what you will see is
On the contact info line you will see Email address and to the right Edit, click on it, then delete your old email and add the new one. While it is highly unlikely that your email address is the same as another member's, it can happen. In that case you may have to add a different address or a character to your new email to register it.
If you use the App, to change your email;
Tap My eBay at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Settings.
Select Account Info or Personal Information.
Tap Edit next to the detail you want to change.
Enter your new details and save or confirm.
