Question

Returned used drone purchased from them. It didn't work with batteries like they said. They said it was a crash damage possibly, but it didn't light up. I sent it back the in the same condition they sent it in the same package. They robbed me for half the price of purchase and claimed I cannibalized it for parts while showing a picture of such a thing over an envelope with someone else's name on it. Then claimed I didn't respond to them.

Be sure to take pictures of everytrhing you send to them, or get from them. These people are congenital liars and that has cost any future business from me with if they can't honor the theoretical "money back" pledge.

@Anonymous. You should contact customer service to inquire about a refund of the other half of your money.

Sellers are able to withhold up to 50% of the refund if they feel that they have received the item back in a different condition than they sent it in.
