OP11 months agoElectronically delivered goods can only be listed by "eBay approved" sellers.
Sellers need to be "eBay approved" to list electronically delivered items.
How do I get approved?

Keep in mind that newer sellers will not qualify for selling this way since you need a selling history with eBay.
