Electronic Express eBay megastore
So bought a 130+ set of led programmable lights from Electronic Express and they failed shortly after turning them on for our Christmas decoration and they refused to return or replace them because the date was 9 days past their return policy. Horrible customer service! And ebay does appear to have any buyer protections to help me with this. Why? Unacceptable and only pushes customers like me to Amazon!
