Electronic delivery yet on hold
I sold something which was an online code which was delivered and I have the message proof that the person received it however because it was international eBay thinks that there’s some hub that it needs to go through and so they’re holding my funds for 30 days… How do you explain to eBay since everything is a computer that the person already received it. This is a game code that is already been redeemed by them

You listed the item shipping: USPS Ground Advantage so Ebay assumes it was shipped.
Since the item was electronically delivered instead, so therefore no tracking, Ebay can hold your funds up to 30 days.
