Brought this Electric cordless grass blade trimmer 24V The box arrived with holes in it and now missing parts 2- blades and screws and the manual. can"t put it together , cause of that. now we have send a lots of messages promising to give a partial refund and none of this has happem, seller is playing games they have told me about 10% per, 20%, 40% ,50% AND ABOUT SENDING ME ANEW BLADLE TRIMMER BUT HAVEN:T DID NOTHING THE PACKAGE came with holes in it and missing parts and no instuctions so they wouldN't send me a new bladle trimmer ! And ebay said on Aug. 20th 2026 they would step in on the case and resolve it and they did nothing on the 20th of august I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN OR TRUST EBAY now again I NEED EBAY TO MAKE THIS SELLER. POWERTOOLS TO TAKE THIS BLADE TRIMMER BACK OR GIVE ME A REFUND CAUSE IT GOT MISSING PIECES IN IT OR SEND ME AGAIN ONE. , Fran smith, 1603 W 7TH ST LAKELAND ,FLA.33805 . Thank You very much.

In the future, you should check out the seller's feedback profile before you purchase, and you might want to think twice about purchasing from sellers located in China.
