EIS shipping enrollment. How do I get this working?
Hi, I have a store on ebay and would like to enroll in EIS, the international shipping option. Can someone tell me what the process is?

eBay is showing that your account is fairly new and there are no active listings at this time. It seems your last sale may have been in August. As for the eIS program, eBay will automatically enroll you once you are eligible. Eligibility depends on many factors, some of which are your Seller Performance level and level of successful activity. You can check your Seller Performance level in your Seller Hub. eBay evaluates all Sellers on the 20th of each month.

OP3 weeks agothanks. there just doesn't seem to be a written explanation of how many positive ratings are needed. we've got good ratings from previous auctions. just unclear if and when we can be enrolled in EIS. thanks for fast response!

The eligibility requirements are a little vague. I don't believe they have to do with Positive vs Negative feedback though. As mentioned, it's more a matter of the volume of successful sales and your Seller and Service Metrics. It's always a good idea for any Seller to monitor their Performance Level in their Seller Hub, so there's no surprises. Best of luck!
