EIS excluding China
Hi,
A buyer in china wants to buy an item, but it is excluded in EIS from their end. I haven't set anything to exclude China or any country. Any way I can correct this? I believe I have verified every setting.

If you go to that listing and look at the countries you ship to, if China is not on that list, it's the item itself that is blocked by eIS, not the country.

Mentor1 month agoThe EIS has rules about the size and weight of packages which depend on the country the item will be shipped to. Also, there may be import restrictions imposed by China so the EIS may not be able to send the item to the buyer.
