eed Help: Seller "No Longer Registered" and item is a scam – can't escalate case
I recently purchased an item, and a few days later, the seller’s account was removed (showing as "No Longer Registered"). The listing has also been deleted. Before the account was removed, I reached out to the seller, but their response was suspicious.
The estimated delivery date is set two months out, which seems like a tactic to prevent me from opening an "Item Not Received" case. Because there was a previous cancellation attempt or inquiry, the automated system is blocking me from escalating the issue. I've tried reaching customer support but haven't been able to get through to a human. Has anyone successfully bypassed the bot to get a refund in this scenario?
