Editing Tracking Number
I recently purchased a shipping label from eBay. This was the first time, and I didn't realize I needed to put in the measurements. It scanned at the PO office, but I didn't use it as it was the cost was beyond what I paid eBay, and I couldn't add any postage to it. I sent it out and I paid for shipping. Now the system will not let me edit the tracking and I am unable to message the Buyer. How should I proceed.
