Editing Shipping Options

How do I edit the shipping options available to a buyer on my listing? The instructions in the "Setting up your shipping options" help article do not match with anything that is visible when editing my listing.

A buyer recently selected "media mail" when buying one of my items, when that item is not eligible for media mail. Apparently this is somehow my fault for including media mail as a shipping option. In attempting to edit my other listings, I do not see any option to include or exclude media mail anywhere in the Delivery section of the listing.

My current settings are visible in these screenshots.

Buyers can ONLY select the shipping methods that you offer on the listing. You did offer Media Mail by mistake on the sold item. You can NOT ask the buyer for more $ for shipping than they have already paid. You can however print a shipping label for the correct shipping method, weight and box dimensions.

Select Get Shipping Label from next to the sold item. Next screen select Switch to Advanced on the upper right. Then enter the package dimensions and weight and select Ground Advantage

I recommend using the listing tool that is in Seller Hub on a computer for your future listings.

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3.To create a new listing click on the blue create listing button on the upper right of the Overview page.

For the shipping section select small to medium boxes. Enter the package weight and size and select your shipping carrier.
