editing my source of payment.
I tried to add credit card, or delete my old card or edit, In payments option of my Ebay account but it doesn't happen. I mean by clicking edit or delete or add another credit card, nothing happens. I called costomer service at 866 540-3229, the specialist couldn't help so, she gave me a case number 4 days ago and I haven't from Ebay since.

Mentor1 year agoTry another browser to rule out a browser issue. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed. Or a private or incognito browser window.
Or try another device to rule out a device issue.

Try adding a new payment method; if that works, then try deleting an old method.

Do not call a phone number you find on the internet.

Add your new credit card. Once you have confirmed that it has been added, you can delete the old credit card.
