Also anytime you are listing items and didn’t finish it, it stays in the list. If you click Active items https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and then at the top right corner click Create listing - all your drafts and other tools from eBay will show on the page so you can continue to finish the listing.

Yes, you can edit an unsold item before relisting it by doing the following:
Go to your Unsold listings page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/unsold
Find the item you want to edit.
Click the Relist button next to the item.
On the next screen, you’ll see the full listing form - make your edits here (title, description, photos, price, shipping, etc.).
After editing, click List it to post the updated version.
If you don't want to relist it right away and just want to revise and save it for later:
Select Sell similar instead, then edit and save as draft at the bottom.
You can manage drafts at: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts

You can use Bulk listing tools as well if you prefer: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/listing-tips/bulk-listings?id=4160
