How do I edit a wrong tracking number on my Seller hub

It may be possible to edit it. Go to your orders page and next to the tracking number is a link to edit. If you can not edit it you can add the correct number. Make to message the buyer to let them know which one is their package.

If you bought a label on eBay, but used a different label,

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
