Editing An Address
Hello. I was wondering if anyone could help me since I wasn't having much luck with the automated chat. I had a buyer give me the wrong address to ship an item by mistake, they didn't realize it till they checked the tracking and they promptly told me that the item was out at that wrong address. I finally got the item back when it was returned to the sender. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to go about editing the address to send it to the right address that the buyer gave me or what process me and the buyer have to go through to fix this? Any help will be appreciated please and thank you.
