Editing a tracking number
I sold an item and chose to buy the shipping label through eBay. Long story short, I ended up shipping it with a different label and tracking number (I selected the wrong package type) and now I want to update the tracking number to the actual number and not the one eBay provided. I voided the original label but still can’t find anywhere to change the tracking number.

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order. Click on EDIT next to the tracking number. Enter the new tracking number.

OP2 years agoUnfortunately, there is no option to edit, and that is my issue.
