I am trying to edit a listing, but it keeps popping up as an error message. What am I doing wrong?

If the Offer was on the Auction no changes can be made. Not sure that will be just for the life of the Offer or the remaining time on the Auction. eBay rolled out offers on Auctions (which I think it NOT necessary) in the last 6 months or so ...
What are you trying to change by the way???

Mentor1 year ago@melipapp Are you still having problems editing the auction that has 9 days and NO bids?
You can not edit an auction that has bids or less than 12 hours left. You can not edit a listing that has open offers.
Have you tried a different browser?

-What is the error message? A temporary glitch can never be ruled out ....
-Auctions with bids or with less than 12 hours remaining cannot be changed, you can ADD an additional comment on the Description but that's it
-BIN items with an outstanding Offer or less than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle cannot be changed
